Have you ever gotten a woman’s phone number and then wonder why she never answers the phone? There are a few reasons why this might be happening and, once you figure out what’s going on, you can figure out what to do about it.

One of the first reasons why women won’t answer the phone is if they regret giving you their number, or only gave it to you with the intention of getting rid of you. This is a tough one to accept, because it means that the original encounter didn’t go as well as you thought.

Just because you get a woman’s number, doesn’t mean that the approach was successful. Try to think back to the conversation and pick up on her core communication. Did she maintain eye contact? Did she allow you to touch her hands or arms? Did she face you when talking, or was she constantly pointing her body in a different direction? If the answer to these questions is no, then it was probably not a successful encounter and you should give up on this phone number and modify your approach in the future.

Also, if you’ve called it twenty times in the last three hours, she probably has seen all those missed calls and is now a little freaked out that you’re some sort of stalker weirdo. We know it’s stressfull when she doesn’t take your call, but try to be patient.

The second reason is that she could just be playing with you. Sometimes women feel the need to “let the anticipation build.” In this case there is nothing to do, but sit bcak and wait. She may also be trying to see if you’re one of those creepy guys that will call the number a hundred times. Don’t do that. Just leave a message and then be patient. If she was actually interested, she will call you back. If not, then refer back to reason number one.

The third reason is that she might actually be so busy that she has had no time to answer calls or there is something wrong with her phone. Cell phone glitches occur all of the time and, sometimes, they don’t ring when a call is coming in or they don’t log missed calls. The best thing you can do is leave her a message and then wait a couple of days. If she doesn’t get back to you, then call once more, leave another message if necessary, and wait again. If she’s interested, she will call back.

Whatever the reason, you need to stay calm and try not to let it affect you. You can only make things worse by freaking out or calling over and over and over. If she doesn’t take your call, then that leaves you free to meet other women.
