A lot of guys think that they lack success with girls because of their looks or they are not funny enough. The truth is that these things are not as importantly as many of us lead ourselves to believe. Sure they help but there are countless other personal traits we can adopt which will increase our chances with any girl you find yourself meeting.

If you come across a girl that you like then take a proactive approach. Self-confidence helps a great deal. Try to relax and remember that not every girl is going to instantly like you. Importantly, before any initial conversation, make eye contact and smile, no point hiding your attraction, this will only work against you in the long run. So let them know you’ve noticed them.

When you get talking to the girl you like the most important thing is attention. Jumpy eyes and body language will not only make you appear uncomfortable but it will also convey a lack of interest. So relax, keep steady eye contact, and be a good listener. Just by showing that you are really paying attention to what they are saying will go a long way.

You don’t need to be a stand-up comedian to amaze her, just keep up a simple lively conversation. On the other hand you don’t want to overwhelm her with your opinions the first time you meet, so if you find yourself getting a bit carried away then let her take control of the conversation again. Always let her know that you’re interested in her opinions. Again, showing genuine attention is perhaps the most important thing you can do.

Remember that nobody has 100% success with girls. You will meet girls you like, girls you imagine as being perfect girlfriend material, but it may not work out. Just keep on trying and before long you will meet the girl you have been looking for.
